The staff were friendly, spoke enough English, and went the extra mile to store and deliver our luggage. The room was cozy but offered all the essentials, plus a lovely view. The tea-making area and free beverages were lifesavers, especially since nearby restaurants closed early. The hotel's close proximity to key attractions like the Daiinari Shrine made our sightseeing easier and more enjoyable. Despite minor noise issues from the smoking area, we found our stay relaxing and family-friendly. Thank you to the amazing staff for making our trip enjoyable!

Easy check-in, parking nearby. Comfortable bed, nice bathroom and central heating, multi-channel television, and a fridge in the room. Extremely friendly staff during my stay.

Its location to the Hakone area was particularly good. Besides, the place was near Slipstream Sculpture. The idea to include an electric kettle and fridges in the single room was nice.

I really enjoyed my stay-the room was spacious and comfortable, a nice change from other places in Japan. The location is perfect, just a quick walk from the train station with plenty of great restaurants nearby, and the staff treated us well, especially when they took care of our luggage while we explored.

We stayed for one night as a family to explore Hakone, and our experience was quite enjoyable. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the station and surrounded by numerous restaurants. The room was comfortable with decent-sized beds, and the staff were friendly, offering to hold our bags until check-in. We appreciated the clean amenities and the convenient coffee and tea space. Plus, the quiet atmosphere made for a restful night.

We had a great stay at the odawara terminal. the location was perfect, just a quick 3-minute stroll from the station, which made our transit so much easier. the staff was helpful, assisting us with our luggage and providing great amenities like free coffee and a microwave. we appreciated the extra touches, such as the loanable umbrellas and the fast wifi. our room was surprisingly spacious, allowing us to unwind comfortably after our travels.

Honestly, the location is a total win-super close to public transport and loads of great restaurants around. Check-in was a breeze, and I found the staff really friendly, which was a nice touch. The room was spacious, spotless, and comfy, plus I loved having a mini fridge and a kettle to make myself some hot tea!

Now for the downsides—the air conditioning was on heating mode when it was cold outside, and I felt like I was in a sauna at night! Plus, there's no parking on-site, which means you have to walk a bit to the affiliated lot after unloading your bags. Not the best experience if it’s raining!

I spent New Year's at this hotel, and it was super convenient! It's right by the station, making it easy to get around. Plus, there are great restaurants nearby. The staff were super friendly, and I loved having hot coffee available in the lobby. Perfect for keeping warm during the cold winter nights!

On the downside, my room was pretty cramped, especially for two people. I also had some issues with the temperature; it got really stuffy at night. The smoking area was just outside my room, so I could smell the smoke sometimes, which was a bit annoying. it was a mixed bag!

The location is AMAZING, just 3 mins from the train station! The room was clean and fresh, but a bit small. No breakfast buffet, though. Overall a solid stay 😊
